1.1- The minimum requested age to subscribe to BPM is 12
1.2- The Application is not responsible for the content (Media files such photos, audio, video) posted by the user on our platform
1.3- BPM is a free to use platform and no one except of us is allowed to sell or rent content or any part of our software
1.4- You are not allowed to post or share any content that refers to nudity or violence on our platform
1.5- Every activity of a user is registered under its own name and the user itself is responsible for any violation
1.6- We do not promote or accept any kind of violence or discrimination on our platform
1.7- You must not purse or annoy any user on our community that is always able to communicate this violation to us
1.8- You can’t share or post any content protected by Copyrights or intellectual property on our platform
1.9- Any type of “Reverse Engineering” performed on our software is considered to be illegal and it is punished according to the law of your country
1.10- BPM is a community where user are able to connect and contact between them, so you are responsible of your actions and your self protection
1.11- Do not provide any sensitive or personal data (Credit card number, passwords, identity numbers) to users on our community
1.12- Users can upload their own tracks for the "Slideshows" they post, if this track is protected by copyright and also if is claimed by the author we will remove the associated media
1.13- BPM is not responsible for personal data theft
1.14- BPM reserves the right of terminate and delete your account in case of violation of any of these rights, we also reserve the right of deleting your account for particular ethical reasons we believe is inappropriate
2.Service Conditions
2.1- We are able to modify these terms in any time
2.2- We assume the responsibility of notify our users in case of changes to this document in any time (by Notification or email)
2.3- We are able to terminate your account in any time without your conscence according to the previous
2.4- We are able to analyze the content you upload for marketing reasons and for Service improvements reasons
2.5- We may, but have no obligation to, remove any type of Content that we consider as misleading or not appropriate for the community
2.6- We reserve the right of distribute our software in certain countries; we reserve the right of distribute some functions only in certain countries
3.Content Management
3.1- We are able to modify the content you upload on the platform in order to make tests on our products
3.2- The Content you upload on BPM Community is to be considered as your intellectual property (Photos, Videos). If not, you can be prosecuted for this
3.3- We reserve the right to analyze and process using Specific Technologies (Machine Learning, AI) your uploaded content, in order to provide a better experience to our users.
3.4- We have the possibility of share some of the data about you in anonymous way to some of our partners and

3.6- Some of our third parties services can collect some data about the application functionality, but you and your device data are completely protected by us
3.7- The content you publish is potentially visible to all users of all ages, we reserve the right of censurating some types of content we consider dangerous for some users

Conditions of platform
BPM and Artists is free to use Service included in the BPM Community that makes users able to add their tracks on our library for everyone.
This service is not meant to upload copyrighted music free for everyone to be listened to and used in albums, so all users of our community are invited to use this service correctly.
What can I do?
On BPM and Artists platform you are allowed to only upload Tracks that belong to your person and that are under your property. Our system is trained to recognize almost every track that is in commerce on digital platforms.
In case of violation your track is immediately removed from our platform and your account can be closed for illegal actions
If you are part of an artist management team and you want to distribute your track on our platform, you are invited to contact us via email or using our Services.
